Rock The Greens Hub

Rock The Greens Hub is an Erasmus+ project to address the new plant-based demand in professional catering.

The demand from vegetarian, vegan, flexitarian customers for a meatless plant-based offer is growing steadily and the market segment which is booming in supermarkets is also currently affecting restaurants! Recent studies show that 46% of customers would appreciate to find a vegetarian offer in restaurants. Therefore our will is to support businesses in developing a genuine customer-wise approach and gain new skills and knowledge to meet vegetarian customers’ expectations. We know from experience that quality vegetarian dishes sell very well.

Our goal for businesses and hospitality schools:

  • Train hospitality staff to help them understand the expectations of vegetarian customers and offer them quality cuisine.
  • Create a network of vegetarian-friendly businesses and schools clearly identified which would like to implement a quality charter. It will lead to the award of a label with a marketing package.
