VOCO Students Achieved International Success at Skills Competition

From March 24–26, Rīgas Tūrisma un radošās industrijas tehnikums hosted the high-profile international vocational skills competition “Learn, Know, Do, Can, Show.” VOCO students shined and secured top positions against a field of elite competitors from across Europe.

The event was a massive gathering of talent, featuring participants from 16 countries and 42 different vocational schools. Despite the intense pressure and high level of competition, VOCO proved once again that our vocational training is world-class.

Vegan Culinary Art: Rannet Palmsaar (Mentors: Katrin Jurs, Kairi Timusk, Markus Pärn)
Confectionery: Alexandra Aljaste (Mentor: Lilija Suburg)
Meat Culinary: Tauri Koort (Mentor: Kristi Luht)
Meat Culinary: Artem Danko (Mentor: Kamilla Lüdikainen)
Tourism: Pärle Punger (Mentor: Ene Reedi)
