Good, better, the best car mechanic in VET

This project aims at catalyzing digital transformation by enhancing digital readiness, resilience, and capacity, with the objective of developing a cutting-edge digital platform for Vocational Education and Training (VET) organizations across Europe. This platform will facilitate the organization of VET skills competitions in the car mechanics sector with other European schools. The anticipated outcome is a digital repository featuring approximately 360 theoretical questions in the universally accepted lingua franca, English, pertaining to car mechanics. It will also include detailed descriptions of 12 practical tasks, along with evaluation procedures for assessing participants’ performance. Additionally, the platform will feature a registration page, enabling schools to seek out partners with similar interests—specifically, the organization and
participation in competitions.

Objective:
Central to the project’s goals is the establishment of a digital space that will house 360 theoretical questions on car mechanics in English, alongside 12 detailed descriptions of practical tasks and evaluation procedures for participant performance. This comprehensive resource aims to standardize and elevate the quality of VET competitions, aligning them with WorldSkills competition standards, thereby ensuring relevance and rigor.
